Bosch diesel electronic injection high-pressure common rail system fault codes (III)

All fuel injectors will wear out during use, and some malfunctions will occur. But most of the faults are minor faults, and some error codes will also appear. If we do not understand these Bosch diesel EFI high-pressure common-rail systems, it is just a small problem and it will consume a lot of time. Therefore, we understand some Bosch diesel EFI high-pressure common-rail systems, which is very important for us.

111 P0503 Vehicle speed sensor exceeds maximum
112 P0504 The main and auxiliary brake pedal signals are relatively unreliable
113 P0513 The anti-theft signal sent and received is inconsistent
114 P0520 The oil pressure signal transmitted from CAN is invalid
115 P0521 The oil pressure is too high to be trusted
116 P0522 The output voltage of the oil pressure sensor is lower than the lower limit (the wiring is short-circuited to the ground)
117 P0523 The output voltage of the oil pressure sensor is higher than the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
118 P0524 The oil pressure is too low to be reliable
119 P0530 The internal receiving circuit of the ECU for the duty cycle air conditioner pressure signal is faulty
120 P0531  The duty cycle air conditioner pressure signal cycle exceeds the upper or lower limit or special failure mode
121 P0532 The duty cycle of the pressure signal of the duty cycle air conditioner exceeds the lower limit
122 P0533 The duty cycle of the duty cycle air conditioner pressure signal exceeds the upper limit
123 P0562 Battery voltage is too low
124 P0563 Battery voltage is too high
125 P0571 The brake pedal signal transmitted from CAN is unreliable

127 P0607 ECU internal control chip reports an error
128 P060A ECU internal chip CJ940 communication failure

154 P0686 The main relay turns on too early
155 P0687 The main relay is turned on too late
156 P0691 The control wire of ECU to fan 1 is shorted to ground
157 P0692 The control line of ECU to fan 1 is shorted to high level
158 P0693 The control wire of ECU to fan 2 is shorted to ground
159 P0694 The control line of ECU to fan 2 is shorted to high level

169 P1014 The fuel pressure value is unreliable when the engine is coasting backwards
170 P1100 The air mass flow meter software is too large
171 P1101 The analog output voltage of the additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flowmeter is too high or too low
172 P1102 The duty cycle output signal of the additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flowmeter is too high or too low
173 P1103 The cooling water temperature and oil temperature sensor signals are relatively unreliable
174 P1106 The duty cycle output signal cycle of the additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flowmeter is too high
