Bosch diesel electronic injection high-pressure common rail system fault codes (I)

All fuel injectors will wear out during use, and some malfunctions will occur. But most of the faults are minor faults, and some error codes will also appear. If we do not understand these Bosch diesel EFI high-pressure common-rail systems, it is just a small problem and it will consume a lot of time. Therefore, we understand some Bosch diesel EFI high-pressure common-rail systems, which is very important for us.

7 P0069 Boost pressure sensor drift
8 P0071 The ambient temperature sensor signal from CAN is invalid
9 P0072 The output voltage of the ambient temperature sensor exceeds the lower limit (the wiring is short-circuited to the ground)
10 P0073 The output voltage of the ambient temperature sensor exceeds the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
11 P0087 Fuel pressure is below the minimum limit
12 P0088 Fuel pressure exceeds the maximum limit
13 P0097 The intake air temperature sensor voltage is too low (the wiring is shorted to the ground)
14 P0098 The intake air temperature sensor voltage is too high (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
15 P0100 The uncorrected air mass flow signal measured by the air flow meter is too large or too small (open circuit or short circuit)
16 P0101 The corrected air mass flow signal measured by the air flow meter is too large or too small
17 P0102 Air mass flow meter negative drift
18 P0103 Positive drift of air mass flow meter
19 P0104 Air mass flow meter zero drift
20 P0110 The connection of the additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flow meter is shorted or open
21 P0112 The additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flow meter measured the temperature too low
22 P0113 The additional air temperature sensor on the air mass flow meter measured the temperature too high
23 P0115 The cooling water temperature signal from CAN is invalid
24 P0116 Unreliable dynamic characteristics of water temperature sensor
25 P0117 The output voltage of the cooling water temperature sensor is lower than the lower limit (the connection is short-circuited to the ground)
26 P0118 The output voltage of the cooling water temperature sensor is higher than the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
27 P0122 The output voltage of accelerator pedal potentiometer 1 exceeds the lower limit
28 P0123 The output voltage of accelerator pedal potentiometer 1 exceeds the upper limit
29 P0128 The static characteristics of the water temperature sensor cannot be trusted
30 P0182 The output voltage of the fuel temperature sensor is too low (the wiring is short-circuited to the ground)
31 P0183 The output voltage of the fuel temperature sensor is too high (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
32 P0191 The rail pressure sensor drifts too much forward
33 P0192 The output voltage of the rail pressure sensor is higher than the lower limit (the wiring is shorted to the ground)
34 P0193 The output voltage of the rail pressure sensor is higher than the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
35 P0194 Rail pressure sensor drifts too much in the negative direction
36 P0195 The oil temperature signal transmitted from CAN is invalid
37 P0197 The output voltage of the oil temperature sensor is lower than the lower limit
38 P0198 The output voltage of the oil temperature sensor is higher than the upper limit
39 P02011 Cylinder injector open circuit
40 P02022 Cylinder injector open circuit
41 P02033 Cylinder injector open circuit
42 P02044 Cylinder injector open circuit
43 P02055 Cylinder injector open circuit

45 P0222 The output voltage of accelerator pedal potentiometer 2 exceeds the lower limit
46 P0223 The output voltage of accelerator pedal potentiometer 2 exceeds the upper limit
47 P0234 The actual boost pressure is too large relative to the control target
48 P0235 The boost pressure signal from CAN is invalid
49 P0237 The output voltage of the boost pressure sensor exceeds the lower limit (the wiring is short-circuited to the ground)
50 P0238 The output voltage of the boost pressure sensor exceeds the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
51 P0251 The metering unit control line is open
52 P0252 The internal driving circuit of the ECU of the metering unit is overheated
53 P0253 The control line of the metering unit is shorted to ground
54 P0254 The metering unit control line is shorted to high level

57 P0261 1 cylinder injector low end and high end short circuit

89 P0383 The control wire of ECU to glow plug is shorted to ground
90 P0384 The control line of ECU to glow plug is shorted to high level
91 P0401 The actual intake of fresh air is greater than the target intake set by the EGR system
92 P0402 The actual intake of fresh air is less than the target intake set by the EGR system
93 P0403 The ECU internal drive module of the EGR valve actuator control line is overheated
94 P0404 EGR valve actuator control line is open
95 P0405 The EGR valve position sensor voltage exceeds the lower limit (the wiring is short-circuited to the ground)
96 P0406 The EGR valve position sensor voltage exceeds the upper limit (open circuit or short circuit to high level)
97 P0475 Exhaust brake valve control line is open
98 P0476 ECU internal drive module for exhaust brake valve control line
99 P0477 Exhaust brake valve control line is shorted to ground
100 P0478 The exhaust brake valve control line is shorted to high level
