In order to make our customers have a pleasant shopping experience, we have done a lot of effort, including providing return and exchange services.
1.Time limit for returns
We have a 30-calendar days return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.Acceptance of returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our head office address is RM.301 3F Building A, 46 Pupai Rd, Shenzhen Shi, Guang Dong province, China 518172. Besides, we have warehouses in the United States, Australia, and Europe. Please contact us before starting a return or exchange, and we will tell you where to send the products.
We are responsible for the shipping cost by “wrong delivery” and “quality problem”.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost by “bought it wrong” or“don’t need it anymore”. The shipping cost for return will be refunded by PayPal or Western Union.
Once we confirm that you meet the refund conditions, we will refund you in 2 working days after sending you a refund confirmation email.
6. Refund conditions
Firstly, we get the returned goods and it meets the acceptance of returns.
Secondly, we negotiate with the customer and agree to refund the goods.
